Child Care Center
High quality, developmental childcare services in a safe, nurturing, and diverse learning environment. Available for preschool children (ages 3-5) of Illinois State students, faculty, and staff. The center is located in Turner Hall 163.

Fashion Design Studio
A variety of apparel construction, production, design, and merchandising courses are taught in this studio. Equipment used includes industrial and home sewing machines, sergers, and industry dress forms. The studio is located in Turner Hall 147.

Lois Jett Historic Costume Collection
This collection teaches students about historic costume, how and why clothing changed over time, and how to properly care for historic garments. The Lois Jett Historic Costume Collection is located in Turner Hall 126.

Computer Laboratory
Interior design and fashion students, as well as faculty, have access to a computer laboratory with a variety of software available.

Food Laboratory
This lab provides working space for courses in food preparation, food planning, food science, marketing, and cost control. Located in Turner Hall 131, the lab includes six complete kitchen units and a conference room.

Interior Design Laboratory
All interior design studio courses are taught in the design studio. Located in Turner Hall 141, the lab includes 22 student workstations, 3 virtual reality stations, materials library, and lighting laboratory.

Textiles Laboratory
Introductory and advanced textile courses are taught in this laboratory. Located in Turner Hall 105, the lab includes spectrophotometer, testers - crease recover, snag, abrasion resistance, yarn twist, wrinkle, and tearing, laboratory wringer, solar UV simulator, pantone Textile Color selector, crockmeter, and drying oven.
