Biography
Poornima Mankame is an Instructional Assistant Professor of Interior Design at Illinois State University. She holds a master’s degree in interior and environmental design from Illinois State University and a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Mumbai, India. Poornima is a registered architect in India with six years of experience, primarily in commercial and restaurant interior design, and she is also a certified interior designer (NCIDQ certified). She is passionate about sharing her real-world industry experience to connect classroom lessons with practical applications.
