FDM offers classes in both design and merchandising. This exposes students to a wide variety of fields including Fashion Designer, Buyer, Product Developer, and other careers in the fashion industry.

An ACEND-accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) that provides the first step in becoming a registered dietitian nutritionist (R.D.N.).

Prepares graduates for careers in the growing food industry. The trend of consumers eating more and more meals away from home and spending money on prepared foods continues to grow. Trained and qualified managers are needed wherever food is served to the public.
